Description

This is a super-rare original USA White Label Promo LP from 1977 by Elvis Costello, titled IV Rattus Norvegicus!


 The record is in near mint condition. The inner sleeve is in excellent condition. The outer picture cover has some wear mostly at the edges, so is in VG condition. See photos.


There is a small hole drilled through the top right corner of the outer and inner sleeves, this is NOT a defect: it was something done by record companies to indicate an item was deleted from the then current catalogue.


The special promo label has the words PROMOTION COPY NOT FOR SALE printed on both sides. 


At the time of listing, this is the only copy for sale online.
