Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT+)

Clean sleeve, but with small minor record insert edge tear.

Sleeve displays no (other) rips/tears, no edge wear, no seem splits and no deep lined creases.

Condition is VERY GOOD+.

Record company Promo Press release sheet, folded (as it came) EXCELLENT.

Labels are clean, with no wear or any damage.

Playing surfaces/Matrix areas, retain the full original glossy sheen, maintaining a superb clean appearance throughout.
