The Sunday Painters - Rebel Rebel/ In My Dreams (Painting By Numbers mini EP)
Classic post-punk band from Wollongong. 'Rebel Rebel'
Released in 1981 on Terminal records (TER 002). Only of 250 copies pressed with signed insert. The covers were individually hand-made and hand-lettered in white ink.
All copies were hand-numbered. The number is found on the insert only. This copy is numbered 139.
Features their cover of David Bowie's 'Rebel Rebel' and their 10 minute original 'In My Dreams'.
This copy was once owned by radio station 2MBS-FM. I bought this record from one of their annual record sales back in the mid 1980s.
The cover is in good condition. It has minor handling wear, dented corners at the top of cover, pencil mark about an inch & half long on the In My Dreams side of the cover. Has "2MBS-FM" and the date "6.3.82" written in red ink on the picture.
The inner sleeve has some wear, small tear and a stain. The insert has "6.3.82" and "2MBS-FM" written in red ink. Some minor handling wear and some marks but generlly in good condition.
The record looks mint. The label has some foxing marks. Again, the radio station and date is written in red ink on Side 1.
