Description
FIRST pressing of indie/dream pop frontrunners' critically-acclaimed debut album from 1990 - bought by me when released and treasured part of my collection.
Slight shelf wear/creasing around outside edges of cover, corners are still crisp/square and artist/album name clearly visible along the still-square spine. Both faces (front and back) are free of significant dings/dents - so conservatively rated as very good+.
Original black poly-lined inner sleeve is also very good+. Die-cut corners are virtually as new and seams are nice and tight. Just a few signs are being pulled in and out of outer sleeve
One-off ammonite-themed paper Rough Trade labels are near-perfect.
Vinyl has a quite a few surface marks - some consistent with being played on good-quality hi-fi separates system or being pulled in/out of inner sleeve, others suggest the occasional needle drop etc - and retains some of its original gloss. Play tested and sounds good - much better than the above suggests - with just the odd bit of light crackle and no clicks.
"ROUGH 14S A" and "ADRENALIN" etched into A side runout followed by "TY1" stamp, with "ROUGH 14S B" and "ADRENALIN" etched into B side runout followed by "TY1" stamp.
