Beautiful original 1963 copy of the Surfaris' Wipe Out and Surfer Joe LP on Dot mono DLP-3535. This is a rare version that lists Surfer Joe above Wipe Out, in mono. Sometimes you see this configuration in stereo but this is the rarer mono reversed-title copy. This is the rarer true first version, when Surfer Joe was the bigger hit before Wipe Out became much bigger. The later copies put Wipe Out first, as it later became a bigger hit. Also includes their fantastic version of Tequila. This copy is truly lovely. The disc has two or three light superficial scuffs but it plays nearly perfectly mint and just beautifully. The cover is also almost immaculate, with no seam splits, no ringwear, and very little general wear. There is a little, with some rubbed corners and light edgewear, but it is minimal. Also comes with the rare original Dot inner sleeve. This is an exceptional copy of this surf guitar classic.
