One of the finest outings you will ever find of a direct-cut jazz disc.

This edition offers up Joe Sample, Ray Brown, and Shelly Manne cutting a groove on selections like SATIN DOLL, ON GREEN DOLPHIN STREET, FUNKY BLUES, and the play-it-again-and-again MANHA DO CARNIVAL.

(Some call this one of the best jazz records ever released. Best Joe Sample, on piano, on vinyl, without question.)

Please note, even when these East Wind discs were new, they were hard to find. Very fine recordings, cut with meticulous care in Japan by Nippon.

This copy has a very crisp cover, with a braille marker up top left; otherwise, very handsome and clean, like new, really.

Inside, the record is very clean indeed, should play near mint.

A "must have" for jazz lover and audiophile alike. One of the best records of its kind, bar none.
