Description
Absolutely killer and very rare top instrumentals produced by Joe Meek on the Starlite label.
This one-off single is believed to have been Marty Wilde's backing band The Wildcats with Big Jim Sullivan on guitar!
I am strict with grading. Please study pics and read carefully.
The record has a fantastic sheen to both sides. Side 1 is in top EX shape, with just a couple of light marks. Side 2 is also EX, but it does have some visual marks that I have tried to capture in the pictures. So, very strictly visually VG+. They are the sort that look like they could be part of the vinyl. They are small, non- feelable, and not rough scuffs. There are also no deep scratches, and they do not affect play!
The audio is excellent on both sides. Any surface noise is very, very minimal, background, and occasional. No loud pops, ticks, or clicks! A gentle clean will improve things further, but it sounds great. Joe's production is stellar on these tracks, and the guitar leaps forward.
