Description

Mysterious private pressing LP from 1973 NYC that a friend told me was only sold via mail-order through some strange late night local TV commercials...the LP has a concept of the 'ultimate atomic war and it's aftermath' and uses lots of electronics, musique concrete, effects voices etc to tell the story of a survivor's 'transition to an Other World'. Electronically synthesized speech researched and developed by Bill Marine, it says, too. Fantastic creepy cover art of weird guy flying out of the tower. This was issued by Other World Records # OWR-1001 and is in Ex/Ex condition, a tiny bit of cover wear/sticker stain in corner, tiny bit of seam split lower center, some paper scuffs but plays same as the M- copy I had a few years ago. Quite a strange LP!
