Description

45 rpm of THE TRAGEDY-The Entertainer (same song on both sides).  Seattle, Washington GARAGE ROCK.  From 1968.  Double sided Acetate one off reference disc in VG+ shape.  On the labels it is typed 'TK-1' and 'TK-3' which probably refers to these being different 'takes' or recordings of the same song.  The side marked ‘TK-1’ is an alternate version of the released single that has background vocals that are not on the released record.  The other side sounds like the released version.  This is rare and great!  I could not find another example offered or sold ever! ***Note-acetate records are metal with a thin layer of acetate plastic on top.  It is very thin and not meant to be played often.  It wears out much faster than a regular vinyl record.  In addition, acetates often have an alternate version of a known or released song, therefore it may sound different than the normal released version.  This is especially exciting for collectors as you may be getting a previously unknown version of a song that has been released!   See my other listings for more acetates including more pop and some rare garage bands.
