Condition:
Cover in in great shape, no significant wear. No ring wear on front or back, no seams splits. Upper left corner has a very small chip (see photo); otherwise, looks new. Well-preserved original.
Grade: Excellent Plus (EX+)
Vinyl looks very clean, still has its original glossy shine. No significant scratches or scuffs, but under a very strong light you can see a couple very faint, superficial hairlines, probably from taking the vinyl out of the inner sleeve a couple times. Disc looks like it's been played maybe once or twice, but handled with care.
Grade: Near Mint Minus (NM-)
