Description

Mint condition copy of The TRIFFIDS 1st vinyl release, 1981's "Stand Up" b/w "Farmers Never Visit Nightclubs" 7" single on the Shake Some Action & Wait Student Guild label (Perth, Australia). Sleeve is in new condition; hasn't aged at all in 26 years. There are some age spots on both labels but the vinyl is in shiny mint shape. Only played a couple of times. The original Triffids lineup was - Robert McComb (guitar, vocals), David McComb (guitar, lead vocals), Will Akers (bass, vocals), Mark Peters (drums) & Margaret Gillard (piano, organ, vocals). Unlikely to see this one on eBay too often.
