RARE 7" Vinyl Single 45 AUCTION SALE!!...from total legends of R&B X/O NORTHERN........ THE TYMES
Side A - WHAT WOULD I DO Side B - A TOUCH OF BABY > M-G-M Records K13631 (Import small hole) > 1966 > Vinyl=G + Labels=G : plain white/card sleeve. 'This superb Northern X/O R&N floor filler, dancer is a must for all collectors or Soul DJs. A-Side Vinyl graded Good + because of a scuff light mark/line on clean surface but plays Excellent. A-Side label intact apart from a sticker residue mark along with Import hole through black label area. There are the numbers K13631 - 101217 - L + B etched on run out groove. B-Side Vinyl = Graded VG+ has only some very small dimpling on surface but again plays Excellent. B-Side label fully intact and EX also with Import hole through the black surface. There are the numbers K13631 - 101216 - L + B etched on run out groove. This superb record has been played, tested on a Technics 1210 with Ortofon concorde stylus and still sounds fantastic but down graded as to keep to 'Record Collectors' grading system. 'I will be sad to see this gem leave my DJ collection' Please look at pictures and email me any questions, which I will do my best to answer.
Using the RECORD COLLECTOR'S Grading System as a guide
Mint = (M)(NM) Brand new record with no surface marks or deterioration in the quality of sound. The sleeve is new looking with no wear and tear. Excellent = (EX) There is little signs of play with no problems with sound quality. The sleeve has some slight wear and tear. Very Good = (VG) It has been played and may have some slight marks with a no major sound problems. The sleeve will have normal wear and tear with no major defects. Good = (G) The vinyl has been played quite a few times with some mild play marks and maybe a light scratch. There maybe some sound deterioration too. The sleeve may have buffing on edges, seem splits, discolouration also. Fair = (F) The record is just about playable and could have a lot of surface noise. It could also jump and skip. The sleeve could be torn, stained or defaced with pen marks.
