The 4-track, 33-1/3 rpm EP contains:

These are not soundtracks but are performed by the Ensemble Petit & Screen Land Orchestra.
The record is housed in a picture sleeve made of thick cardboard, which opens like a gatefold LP cover, with a few pages of photos and liner notes inside. Almost almost text is in Japanese.
The record has three Japanese characters that mean "sample copy" printed on the right-hand side on each label; it's not mentioned in English anywhere.
