The United States of America - self-titled LP, released in the late 60's by Columbia, catalog# CS 9614.
white label promo. MONO (stated on white label)
no timing strip at bottom of cover (some residue suggests that there was and it was removed). Sticker on upper left corner of front cover reads: "SPECIAL MONO - RADIO STATION COPY"

vinyl: side 2 has a handful or two of quite faint and minor marks. side 1 is the same, with a handful or more more visible and bigger marks.
it appears that someone attempted to remove the sticker in upper left corner of cover. also a little bit of one of the corners of sticker is gone/rubbed off.
some sticker residue lower right corner and bottom center of front cover (see picture). a couple bend/crease marks at spine. some fade near spine on front cover. 2 1/2 to 3 inches of seam split at center of top edge. some yellowing/discoloration at edges of rear cover. a few other light signs of wear here or there.
