The Upholsterers (Jack White & Brian Muldoon) -- Makers of High Grade Suites (7") on Sympathy For The Record Industry (SFTRI 611).

NM- fold-over sleeve & NM- insert

At least VG+ vinyl with what may be a surface mark.  It's in great shape.

If you're looking at this, you probably know that this is perhaps the rarest Jack White item: an original SFTRI 7-inch from The Upholsterers.  Comes with picture sleeve and insert.
