The liner notes contain the full reprint of a 1971 Stereo Review article titled "Edgard Varese - Idol of My Youth" by Frank Zappa 

This album comes directly from the estate of noted journalist Jeffrey Ressner (1958 - 2014) who began his career as a senior writer for Rolling Stone Magazine in 1988 which is when this album was signed.
Album is VG+ Shape and the Jacket is VG Shape with a very small tear at the top center - Not visible when looking at face forward.
This is a true rarity!
