The LP JACKET is titled THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO. Produced by ANDY WARHOL. JACKET ONLY. The LP Jacket is visually VG- and is a gatefold. The inside of the jacket shows some age spots. The seams show some age and the upper right edge has a seam split of one inch. Also an inside seam split of one inch in the middle. The banana has been peeled to show the pink banana.
