Description

Wow, here's a classic that's getting harder and harder to find for the price. Original Velvet Underground & Nico album, cover design by Andy Warhol featuring a peel-able banana. Stem is missing, along with small chunk on lower portion, see pic. 

The extra rarity of this album is the Emerson lawsuit sticker, yes there's a scandalous torso appearing on the back cover that went to press without Emerson's consent. Verve's solution? Throw a sticker on it! 

Stereo V6-5008 release, East Coast press (see song credits on label), runout is as follows: 
Side A: "V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS-558 REV"
Side B, "V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS-559" 
Vinyl G+, still retains nice gloss.
Cover strong G+ with ringwear, surface, edge, and corner wear/stain. Small seam split. See photos.
