THE VERSATILES, CHILDREN GET READY b/w SOMEONE, UK CRAB 7" SKA REGGAE
This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks
Details:- From my own personal collection - original 1968 UK pressing of Chidren Get Ready by The Versatiles bw Someone To Love. Released on the Crab label, catalogue no CRAB1.
Vinyl Condition:- VG+ visually but EX sound quality. Gleaming vinyl with just a fine surface marks only visible when viewed at an angle under bright light. Very nice sound quality. Much better than the usual reggae single condition. FULL REFUND IF NOT TOTALLY HAPPY. THIS RECORD HAS BEEN MACHINE CLEANED BEFORE AUCTION AND FULLY TEST PLAYED ON REGA RP3 DECK, REGA ELICIT-R AMP, REGA RS5 SPEAKERS
Label Condition:- VG+ There is just a handwritten letter on each side. No other issues, nice and clean with just some very faint spindle marks and no wear around the spindle hole at all.

Grading Abbreviations
Grading below is as stated from UK Record Collector. I also use +/- for records that fall somewhere between a grade
Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
Fair (F)
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor (P)
The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing
Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
