Description
The holy grail for The Verve and British Indie fans alike, this is a hard-to-come-by copy of The Verve's 1995 sophomore release, 'A Northern Soul' in superb condition. Not only that, this is an even rarer PROMO copy, not for sale to the mass market, until now. This doesn't come around very often, and especially not in this good condition!! Acquired by myself upon its release in 1995, this has been played only a few times and, as such, is in fantastic condition. I am a collector of vinyl, and always store and handle it with upmost care, and has only ever been played on high end audio equipment, and never taken out of the house. Until now, I've only purchased vinyl for my own enjoyment, but my collection is taking over my house, so am regrettably having to part with some!
Condition:
Outer sleeve - EXCELLENT
Some minor shelf-wear but otherwise in really fantastic condition. Has been kept in pvc sleeve since purchase for protection. Includes 'PROMO' sticker to barcode.
Inner sleeves - EXCELLENT
Again, barely any bends or scrapes of note. Only downgraded slightly due to slight discolour to corner of one sleeve. Aside from that, they're nearly mint.
Vinyl - EXCELLENT
Splendid condition. A few minor surface marks, barely visible and certainly not affecting audio quality which is ecellent. With the dynamic range of this recording, I'd say this original vinyl version is THE only way to listen it. The soundscape is deep and punchy. A vinyl lover's dream.
Labels are also in fantastic condition with only minor insignificant spindling marks.
The record will be carefully packed in cardboard stiffener for safe transport.
