A rare 45 on 1966 UK Mercury label MF905 

THE VOICE ....THE TRAIN TO DISASTER b/w THE TRUTH

The Voice were formed from the remnants of The Royal Crests (Miller Anderson on guitar) and were joined by Mick Ronson who had just left Hull for the buzz of '66 London.  The track can be heard on YouTube.

VINYL  ....EXCELLENT condition.... playing surfaces are extremely clean and bright, there are just a few visible small superficial marks but nothing that affects play (tested). Labels are as new. Comes in its original Mercury sleeve which is in very nice condition.

Record Gradings

MINT = VINYL should be unplayed, undamaged, possibly still sealed in shrinkwrap. Should play without fault.   PAPER INSERTS i.e.  booklet, lyric sheet or poster should be perfect.

EXCELLENT = VINYL has been played but very well cared for, may have some hairlines or feint paper grazes on playing surfaces but nothing significantly audible although perhaps the occasional micro-noise similar to static may be present. COVER may have extremely light general wear or light corner fold but no serious rips/splits or repairs. (For LPs)-INSERTS, BOOKLETS etc should be clean , complete and undamaged.

VERY GOOD = VINYL has obviously been played many times but plays well without major deterioration in sound quality.  Playing surfaces may have some marks and/or  light superficial scratches which may be lightly audible in the background . No clicks, no pops, no skips. COVER may have general signs of usage and storage e.g. mild edge / corner wear, no splits but without significant damage e.g. mild edge / corner wear, no splits. (For LPs)-INSERTS,BOOKLETS etc may have light staining and/or the occasional small tear but nothing major. All printed text shoud be legible.

GOOD = VINYL will be heavily played with noticeable surface marks and/or scratches which will be audible, possibly throughout. No skips or jumps despite the prescence of crackles, clicks and pops. COVER AND INSERTS may have any of the following ; visible creases, edge scuffs, stains, annotations, splits, repairs and discolouration. The cover should be complete with no pieces missing.
