THE WAILERS Frenzy/Tall Cool One 45 7" RARE GARAGE ROCK Vinyl Record Etiquette Side A label code "45-ET-9-A" matches runout markings for side A, and Side B label code "45-ET-9-B" matches the runout on that side, but "Frenzy" plays "Tall Cool One" and vice versa. So this seems to be a mispressing. You can see on label where original owner wrote the correct songs in black sharpie for future use.  
 CONDITION OF THE VINYL: I just listened to both tracks and they sound fine with no issues other than standard very light background static. No skips, loud pops, or storage warp just normal light scuffing marks for it's age. (see pics)
