Shown in photos is a 1962 high grade RARE (and unknown) DOOWOP BALLAD with a "killer" guitar INST ROCKER FLIP on the Skyland record label by The Way Mates titled "Once in a Lifetime" b/w "Sunshine Rock" (also great).
The condition of record is NEAR MINT......................see photos.
