Description

For sale is the Picture Sleeve only - no vinyl 45 RPM single is included here - JUST THE SLEEVE!

The sleeve is in EX condition. Other than a few very minor imperfections on the top edges, as seen in photos 3, 4 and 5, 

this lightly-laminated shiny sleeve looks amazing. Honestly, other than the minor flaws mentioned, I can't imagine finding a cleaner copy.

Doing searches online, I cannot find references to this sleeve on eBay, Discogs or Popsike. I am guessing it is very rare and was only made in small quantities.
