THE WHIRLWINDS 45 RPM ACETATE-VIRTUE RECORDING STUDIOS-PHILADELPHIA-RARE DOOWOP. The play area of the metal acetate still retains nice shine and is in good condition with some light scratching which does not affect play.The group and song titles are hand written in ink. The label is in fair condition with spindle hole edge wear and is also off-center. The back side of the record has scratching which is irrelevant to the sound. The song, "Down By the Ocean" is a lively, upbeat doowop tune, reminiscent of the late 1950's.
