Out of print and extremely hard to find even in Japan now.
Catarog# is MP 9379/80
Can case is in VG+ condition.(Marks by the ages especially inside.)
Disc is in EX/EX-/EX/EX(Side A/B/C/D) condition.
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
POOR=Poor condition
