This is a very scarce item
Condition as per photos - Sleeve has writing to the cover, the labels have stickers to both sides
there is a scuff mark to the first track of Side B otherwise it would be VG/VG+
 I have not test played the record but any questions please don't hesitate to ask.  Ive tried to take photos to give idea of condition with seam splits to the spine and bottom edge - but this is a very item and it looks like the last one sold in 2018 so they rarely come onto the marketplace
