Description
• Disc condition: NM The disc is flat to the deck no dishing or warping evident. Clean labels with hardly any spindle wear and certainly bright glossy vinyl. Great clear punchy audio. Please note there is some crackling at the start, but this actually part of the record! (see the label quote).
• Sleeve condition: EX - Fold out flimsy card sleeve, with light handling to it. Has a tiny surface tear on back sleeve.
• Matrix/stampers: (machine stamped except * hand etched) 2406001 A//3 420 04 14 1 3 BILBO 2406001 B//5 420 12 1 JA
• Really nice clean and complete example of The Who's legendary 1971 album. This repressing edition is from circa 1977. It comes complete with all 12 inserts, all in great condition, although one has some writing on the back of one of the inserts. Red print stamped sleeve, with dark blue ink lettering on labels, with cut made by "Bilbo" (Denis Blackham). A3/B5 matrix. Don't miss, superb!
