Issue : COMPLETE 12 INSERTS - UK 1st PRESS Label : TRACK
Catalogue No : 2406 001 Matrix : 2406001 A1/B1
This UK 1st press is on the plain black Track label. It is complete with the earliest black text light brown sleeve, all 12 inserts including the rare poster, the original inner sleeve and the rare earliest A1//B1 matrix. All of the inserts are rare 1st press, no glossy heavier reissue prints. The original issue must have 2 YELLOW inserts, the text on the NOTICE is blue and the DELIVERY NOTE is on a creamy white, not bright white paper.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. The vinyl is glossy and shows very light sign of play but there is a little marking from the polylining of the inner sleeve. This is quite common and does little to affect the sound quality. The audio is bold and rich with Excellent separation and clear and vibrant throughout. There are moments of very slight noise but this does nothing to spoil the enjoyment of this class LP at any point.
The label is in Excellent condition condition. The white is bright, the earliest blue text is perfect and there is just the slightest spindle wear.
All 12 inserts are included, including the rare Marquee poster and the 1st press only yellow inserts. The Brian Carroll and The Playboys insert has a little mark on an edge otherwise they are all in Exellent condition.
The earliest black text MacNeill press gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. The black text is sharp and the sleeve is complete with no edge tears. Inside the staples are still intact and the folded edges are unfeathered. It clearly prints the Track Super text in black. The whole sleeve is in rare extremely firm, bright condition.
