SLEEVE CONDITION:..

The matt printed gatefold sleeve is clean, free of writing both inside and out. Three light creases on the back of the sleeve, one on the front, all are just slight. The sleeve spine is completely readable and just one very small hardly noticeable area of print has come away. The bottom edge of the spine has the slightest of wear and again hardly noticeable. I feel the sleeve grades easily EXCELLENT +

INNER SLEEVE CONDITION:..

The poly-lined inner sleeve is very clean and has only very minor creasing, free of writing or stains, so I feel it grades EXCELLENT++

THE VINYL CONDITION:..

The vinyl is completely flat when viewed on a rotating turntable. Both labels are clean and have NO spindle trace lines at all, no writing. The vinyl surfaces viewed for grading under spot lamp have NO marks at all. As the vinyl has only been played twice since new, once to tape and once now to grade. Visually I feel flawless vinyl must grade NEAR MINT to MINT 

THE AUDIO TEST:..

The vinyl both side has a completely clean sound, brilliant sound separation, stunning clarity all on tracks and clean clear intros, throughout brilliant NEAR MINT AUDIO

AUDIO QUALITY

The Audio quality has been play graded using my Michell Engineering turntable with high quality MC cartridge.

RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised sealed or un-played should be mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD the record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding scuffing

I only use quality packing boxes with stiffeners, and all records are sent within new protective sleeves. Their cover and inner sleeve are packed separately, and stiffened as required to prevent crushing. Sealed within plastic sleeves to prevent moisture issues during shipping, every care is taken. Packaging thoughtfully and with the utmost care to ensure your record arrives with you safely.
