THE WHO My Generation LP 1965 BRUNSWICK MONO
Microgroove Brunswick Release - 1st pressing
This is a highly sought after MONO version of the Who's first LP. A brilliant, raw, release, which saw them in their Mod incarnation of the mid-60's. The release number is LAT.8616. It has been in my record collection for over 30 years.
The front of the LP is cover is in good condition with only some monor yellowing at the edges and a scuffed bottom right hand corner. The back cover shows the indentation marks of the LP and the white back ground is a little grubby, not surprising given that the record is 45 years old. There is the word winter written in ink on the cover and the price (?) scribbled out in the top right hand corner.
The original microgroove inner liner is present but it has been taped. One one corner are the words please, please, me.
The vinyl is in very good condition for its age. There are a few light, visible, surface marks which do little to interfere with the playing. The word stewart is just visible above the label number on side 1.
Overall a good presentation of the vinyl although the cover marks does detract from it's appearance.
