This is the rare UK Original of 'My Generation' by The Who. This is a genuine complete early press with grooved textured Brunswick labels, 1B/2B matrices, polylined inner sleeve and earliest Robert Stace laminated sleeve.
The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a superb bright gloss, with a number of light marks on both sides. Even with the marks the sound is still rich and vibrant. There is some noise and a couple of clicks but there are certainly no skips or jumps and the noise is never so severe to spoil the enjoyment of the record at any point. The black Brunswick label is grooved and textured. It is completely clean and shows only faint signs of age. The text is sharp and there is just light spindle wear.
The cover is in Very Good condition. The colours are vivid and the text is clear. The laminated front has a bright sheen and is very clean. There is some edge wear and a light fold at the top corner. There is also a little discolouration at the edges and the unlaminated back. The back is still bright but also has some ring wear. The whole cover is still solid and the 'pinched' spine is firm with sharp clear text.
