Collector's Item - The Who 79-026 Printed in Canada.
The only copy I've seen of this nature..it has a fold=open type sleeve that I have tried to illustrate in the photo's. No references on either sleeve or record to establish its version, other than R1-3669 A/3669 B in the run off. Pressed with a light grey label without markings.
