Description
A fine fully complete barely played original UK numbered/laminated stereo vinyl copy of the magnificent Tommy by The Who on Track (613 013/014) from 1969.
The iconic first issue fold-out triple-panel laminated sleeve manufactured by E J Day is in gorgeous VG+/EX- condition with minor spinal, edge and corner wear. There is a small circular ownership sticker on the bottom left of the rear panel which could possibly be removed.
The two lovely thick slabs of Track records pairing sides 1/4 and 2/3 boast textured black and silver labels and first press A1/B1 and A1/B1 matrices. There are minimal spindle marks and condition of these four sides is EX/EX/EX/VG+ with evidence of bag-rash on side two, which can generally be removed and does not affect play. There are two small circular ownership stickers on two of the labels which could possibly be removed.
The numbered first press booklet (48521) is in EX condition with only light evidence of use.
Good luck if you are bidding. I carefully package all rare vinyl with the disc removed from the sleeve to eliminate 'knifing' during transit.
