This is Japan released 7" single.
Long out of print and extremely hard to find even in Japan.
Complete with insert.

(Catalog # DP-1531)
Sleeve is in EX condition.(a writing on the left-upper corner.)
Disc is in EX+/EX+ condition.(a sticker on side A label.)

Disc Condition
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
POOR=Poor condition Tracks
