The actual two (2) 7" discs appear to have possibly never been played or handled. I'm grading both discs as EX.
I'm grading both 7" picture sleeves as VG.
The folder and the two-panel news fold-out I will grade as VG-.

Interesting, odd piece of WHO ephemera.
