The Who sell out Decca DL 74950  , made in US 1967  , original inner ,  with Hype Sticker Condition of the vinyl : VG++ , few light scuffs , minimal background noise on few quiet parts  Condition of the cover : EX   , no side cut   ,minimal  wear   , no splits ,   clean    

All records play-graded and visual-graded (strong light),
my record rating system:
Sealed: in original sealed wrap
mint: like new
Near mint: very few imperfections
Very good:A small amount of light scuffs or scratches, no background noise or with background noise but no scuffs or scratches
Good : more evident scratches, plays fine(no skip), background noise
