SLEEVE - GOOD - corner and top edge scuffs/creases on front cover/ring mark and small opening edge tear on back cover
RECORD SIDE 1 - VG - surface marks that do not affect sound quality
RECORD SIDE 2 - VG - surface marks that do not affect sound quality
LABEL SIDE 1 - VG - slight marks on label
LABEL SIDE 2 - Excellent
