Description
Original 1st Edition 7 album UK box set re-issuing the band's 60s classics, including singles and rarities
-with 36 page memorabilia book-
- THE EXTERIOR BOX is near mint up front and inside with a few light scuffs on the back.
- THE ALBUMS are generally flat, clean & quiet with a few light surface imperfections here and there on some of the vinyl. There is an occasional snap from 30 year old dust (a wet cleaning should eliminate this; all I have is a dry brush). The side are mostly excellent, a few are near mint.
- THE INNER PICTURE SLEEVES are unfortunately matte finish so the white ones picked up a little ink from their surroundings on the surface before the box was ever purchased or opened (see photos). Likewise, the albums were rather loose in the exterior box, so there is some rubbing on the top and bottom centers of some sleeves (I'm guessing the ribbon save the spine). Unlike Charly, I will pad and wrap the albums before shipping to avoid further imperfections from movement in the box.
- THE BOOKLET has no flaws, but it has obviously been handled and read.

I acquired this new and it has been properly archived in climate-controlled storage ever since. NOTE: I bought this in the 80s for collection purposes, compiled my favorite tracks on cassette tape then filed it away, so this record has probably been played about three times: once or twice when I got it, and again to check it before listing here.
