THELONIOUS MONK QUINTETS LP IS AN ORIGINAL NYC PRESSING ON THE PRESTIGE LABEL (MONO 7053). "This Rare Art Cover has been designed by Andy Warhol in collaboration with Reid Miles. The Cover was hand written by Andy Warhol's mother. They also released together the Cover of Story of Moondog (Prestige records # 7099 from 1958). Referenced in Andy Warhol, The Record Covers 1949-1987, catalogue raisonné, by Paul Maréchal." THE LAMINATED COVER IS IN VG CONDITION WITH NO WRITING, DOES HAVE SPINE AND SHELF WEAR. THE HEAVY VINYL, WITH THE DEEP GROOVE LABEL & RVG ETCHED IN THE DEAD WAX, IS IN VG+/VG CONDITION WITH LIGHT SCUFFING, SOME HAIRLINE MARKS AND CLEAN LABELS. CLEANED ON A VPI RECORD CLEANER.
