THELONIOUS MONK-MONK'S MOODS 1959 PRESTIGE RECORDS MONO COPY LP PRLP 7159 IN A STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! 10 of Monk's finest in this auction. This 1959 reissue(originally released in '56) captures Monk's moods and gives them to us all brilliantly. Classics such as Blue Monk, Just A Gigolo, Reflections & Monk's Dream all appear on this must own compilation. All fans of the legendary jazz pianist or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just a very small, very light hairline on each side neither of which hampers play at all, plays well throughout. The cover has mild rubs on the corners and the original inner sleeve is so fragile and really should be replaced, barely holds the record. A fantastic buy!!
