For sale is a 1st press copy of "Here Comes the Night," by THEM with VAN MORRISON, on Parrot Records PA 61005, Mono, 1965.
SOUND: NM It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Solid, powerful, clean and clear sound! A terrific playback!
VINYL: VG++ Very clean, retaining its gloss. There are a few light hairlines or scuffs. Very minor, and completely superficial. The playback is beautiful. The labels are very nice-looking with a few very faint spindle marks. These are the labels of the 1st-pressing, with "Side 1/2" instead of "Side One/Two" as on later presses. As well, the etched and stamped runouts identify this as a true and correct 1st press: Matrix / Runout (Side A etched exc. Bell Sound [-1 with three dots below it]): ARL 6801 -1 Bell Sound sf

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. When play-tested, I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
