Rare African boogie/soul-funk 12” EP w/ picture sleeve. “Whistle Man” is the joint.

Cover: VG(+) (creasing, two 1” tears on back of sleeve, light staining, general patina, still presentable)
Vinyl: VG+ (odd minor surface marks, plays well overall, a deep cleaning will improve)
