THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized 1979 pressing WITH THE ETCHINGS ON BOTH SIDES 7 THE 'SPACESHIP LABELS'  - Stored from new this LP has seen possibly a couple of plays only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. It is quite incredible and it sounds like new!

This superb vinyl  has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We rarely see  this LP, &never quite as good as this one!

A couple of light spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

SOME FINE SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE CENTRE HOLE

There is barely a hint of any whisp lines,a couple of tiny feint hairlines and thats it-  nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

Some light dust flecs on the vinyl, and with a prfessional hoover clean we feel this LP will be back to MINT!!

On playing through we heard nothing bar the tiniest of lead in static in the dead grooves....on side one opening and side two opening - CAUSED BY THE DUST WE THINK -  In fact its easily as good as we have heard.

All the songs sound amazing..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE LABELS   MINT  FLAT MATT LABELS

THE SLEEVE     MINT-

Correct LOW GLOSS  first UK issued earliest sleeve  - with SQUARE spine.

Printer credits  -  un-named

 This is in simply incredible condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean. This sleeve is incredibly hard to find in any condition, the delicate black inks around the edge mark so easily, and therefore makes it so hard to protect and store..but this sleeve is quite something!

NO MARKS ON THE EDGING... NO WEAR OR RING PRESS..

The edges are all super clean with no real traces of rub, at all , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

NO RUB ON THE BLACK INKS!!

No powdery white ringwear - some light ring press, and all edges are super crisp.

NO  tip rub &   The spine edge is totally unmarked with no wear, or squash.

TWO TINY SPIDER LINES ON THE  SPINE - and thats about it!

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition -superb.

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A BEAUTY!

What a find..inside this sleeve was the 1979 tour book from the UJK..it is quite amazing, and highly collectable.
