The gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT(minus) condition.
Vinyl Condition. Side 1 is near mint , side 2 has 2 very feint scuffs (consistent with removing from inner sleeve) they are not audible, otherwse as side 1. Labels as new, no spindle hole wear.
