Description
This is the third album that Third Eye Blind recorded. It is titled " OUT OF THE VEIN " and is a 2 LP album on Army Green Vinyl. This album is Still Sealed.
Out of the Vein is the third album by American alternative rock band Third Eye Blind. Released on May 13, 2003, it would be the group's first album with guitarist Tony Fredianelli, who replaced longtime guitarist Kevin Cadogan in 2000. Out of the Vein would also be the group's final album with Elektra Records.
Out of the Vein was recorded at the group's own Mourning Wood Studios in downtown San Francisco and at Skywalker Sound. Frontman Stephan Jenkins wanted the album to be called Crystal Baller, but the album's name was changed as the rest of the group didn't like the name.
The album cover is by photographer Mick Rock, and according to Jenkins screams "rock joy".
The album had a strong debut at #12 on the Billboard 200 with 63,000 copies sold in its first week. While Out of the Vein has yet to be certified by the RIAA, the album has sold about 500,000 copies as of March 2007.

GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS
MINT-It should appear to be perfect. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, labels or writing, tears or splits. Mint means perfect (FYI- I ONLY GIVE THIS GRADE TO SEALED LPS)
NEAR MINT-Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect play. Covers should be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident: slight ring-wear, minor denting to a corner, or writing on the cover should all be noted properly.
VERY GOOD PLUS-The record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. On a disc, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl or some of the original luster may be lost. A slight scratch that did not affect play would be acceptably VG+ for most collectors.
VERY GOOD-Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.
GOOD-Well played with little luster and significant surface noise. Despite defects, record should still play all the way through without skipping. Several cover flaws will be apparent, but should not obliterate the artwork.
POOR-Any record or cover that does not qualify for the above "Good" grading should be seen as Poor. Several cover flaws.
