This is the SUPER RARE & LEGENDARY Triple Decker from Third Man Records.
It contains a hidden White Stripes live performance of the Public Nuisance song Small Faces which
The White Stripes used to perform in the early days.
NOTE: This auction is for a pristine, sealed Triple Decker record that has this 7" White Stripes record inside of it.
I own a copy of this too and cracked mine open to show you the record inside in this listing.
Many are skeptic if this hidden White Stripes record was urban legend.
I GUARANTEE YOU the White Stripes live 7" is inside this triple decker.
Don't trust stock photo images people are using out there. They do nothing to showcase the actual triple decker
you're getting and only serve to hide imperfections the record may have–and I've seen many.
These photos are of the actual triple decker you'll get.
The experienced collectors know that the quality control and craftsmanship of these was spotty.
Lets face it, it's a very ambitious and innovative thing to manufacture I'm sure.
Some have jaggedy edges both on the outside and inside. Some have large white spots where the glue sits.
And others have loose material stuck inside it. NOT THIS ONE! THIS ONE IS CLEAN!
Purchased directly from the Third Man Rolling Record Store Truck and only taken out of the sleeve once to photograph it.
If you plan on preserving one of these and not opening it, this is the most PRESENTABLE copy I've seen.
There's a reason many sellers use stock shots for this. They're afraid to photograph it.
Nothing to hide with this baby. I photographed it from every angle–and then some!
Again, I must remind sellers that the White Stripes 7" in the photos is mine that I'm keeping.
I photographed it just for potential buyers to see the GEM that's sandwiched in between this incredible record.
You'll be getting one of those White Stripes 7" records too, but you'll have to open the triple decker to get to it.
Will be hard to find a nicer specimen of this release.
The vinyl is pretty much mint but I call all mint records near mint.
This listing should be a sign of relief to bidding fans since I'm not listing it with an overinflated
buy-it-now price like most rare Jack White-related items have been listed as of late.
A Dead Weather Triple Decker sold on Ebay on December 12th for $1,750.
And that did not have a White Stripes hidden 7" record in it.
Anything White Stripes is instantly more collectible than Dead Weather.
This will become very scarce as time goes on for sure.
