From Threshold Records (6645 302), we have THIS IS THE MOODY BLUES, an original (first) Dutch pressing, circa 1974. It is a 2-LP set in gatefold still SEALED in the original factory wrap and in MINT condition, flawless. Difficult to find in mint condition; almost impossible to find sealed!
Remarkable piece. German and Dutch pressings from the early 1970s through late 1980s surpass Japanese LPs in sound quality; they even leave DCC, Classic and MFSL in the dust! Germany and Holland were indeed producing audiophile quality vinyl in the old days and still do today! We have housed the Moody Blues collection in state-of-the-art Japanese outer sleeve.
