Description
For sale by no-reserve auction is a rare SOUTH AFRICAN 7" single pressing from of 'CHAIVE CHINYAKARE/CHIIKO CHINOTINETSA' by THOMAS MAPFUMO & THE ACID BAND. It was issued on the AFRO SOUL label and has the catalogue number AS 1063. I am not certain of the year of release but I estimate it to be about 1978/9 as a record with the number AS 1058 was issued in 1978 and one with the number AS1088 was issued in 1980. Discogs does list the single but year of issue is stated as 'unknown'. The record comes in a generic white sleeve. As you can see from the photos, the labels are clean and in excellent condition. The record itself is also in excellent condition and plays beautifully with virtually no surface noise. I will post using a proper record mailer and I will dispatch the item by second class post at the very latest the next working day after purchase so that it gets on it's way to you as soon as possible.
