Reference: Discogs ... The original album cover, depicting of the birth of a record album, was deemed too controversial and was soon reworked with a huge bandage covering the "birth".
Condition: The LP has only a few minor scratches, VG+. The jacket has some ring wear, front and rear (VG). File folder has some wrinkles/creases and is a little dirty / scuffed on outside (VG). Inside of folder is pretty clean.
